Is Georgia Land a Good Investment?
Georgia, widely known as the Peach State, is situated along the Atlantic coast in the Deep South region of the United States. One of the original 13 colonies, Georgia ratified the Constitution in 1788 and became the fourth state admitted to the Union. Today, it is the 8th most populous state with over 10 million residents calling Georgia home. The capital and largest city is Atlanta, a major commercial hub of the Southeast. Georgia boasts diverse landscapes, from coastal plains to Appalachian foothills to over 100 miles of beaches.
